When do you find out which sororities are doing spring rush? If you get invited by a girl to rush her sorority does that mean you're basically in?

Definitely not. In January, Panhel will tell everyone what the average sorority size is. That’s total. Any chapter with less than total can bid up to that number. So if a sorority has 193 girls and total is 200, they can give 7 bids. They might have 60 girls they invite to their first party, but they can only bid 7.
