alpha phi, but i heard they are losing their house, not sure if its true yet though

All of them have houses on campus except axo cause they got kicked off for hazing.

rumors that aphi losing their house- also heard same thing about ZTA

all of them have houses except AXO cause thier on thin ice with their nationals. ZTA's lease is ending this year and phi kappa psi who owns the house might be coming back next year so they might not get a new lease. but that might just be a rumor.

Phi kappa psi is a frat. They used to be at uri but got kicked off a few years ago. Their alumni still own the house so if they do come back next year they are gunna take it back. But idk if they are coming back or if its a rumor

Alpha Phi has 5 years left on their lease...they aren't going anywhere.
