What is rushing like for frats? Is there a difference between rushing in the fall and spring?

Not really.

More people rush in the Fall so you'd be part of a bigger pledge class which is a plus. But everything is done the same pretty much.

It's basically the same, but fall rush usually tends to be put together a bit better and there will be more events going on. Also, fall has freshman greek day which is a probably one of the coolest parts of rush in my opinion.
