would you rather....

Would you rather pledge a house that's top tier, full of perfect good looking people, but their personalities are fake and materialistic. Or a house that has a pretty bad reputation because they are lower tier and doesn't consists that many attractive people, but still average. Aside from that they are nice and encouraging and stuff. I know it's kinda obvious most people will go with the nicer one because its common sense to join a house full of nice people. But sometimes there are people who rather go with the nicer top tier house...... Well for no reason other than having the rep. That they are in the top house.
