Alpha Chi Omega can recolonize in 2018. I believe however that Phi Sigma Sigma has a lease until 2019 or 2020.

All of the pledges from the year they got kicked off have GRADUATED. It would be a whole new bunch so you can't really say they're the best.

That doesn't even make sense it's a different group of girls. And they have been gone for four years how do you even know? I'd rather be an "average girl" than an axo, kicked off for sending multiple sisters to the hospital during the pledge process. Glad to have them come back eventually with a fresh start and a new set of women.
