Tri delta can't come back until all they're living members are dead and axo is eligible to recolonize next year but I doubt panhel and the school will let that happen anytime soon. ALSO zero sign of any interest group

There is actually a colony already in process for Delta Phi Epsilon. They will most likely start recruiting in the spring.
