The Last I heard, there has been zero contact with local Panhellenic from anyone in the National organization. There is no colonization happening.

axo lost their charter in 2013 with a 5 year suspension on returning. they own the house, their housing corporation can turn it back over to them as soon as they have enough members to live there. why would panhell not approve axo when their time comes? and that post doesn't say anything mean about anyone?

Then tell that to the national org for dphie. They have shown Zero interest in coming here. And with all the risk management issues, no one has shown interest in coming here, for the record.
What is it with this campus that forms interest groups for the house it wants and crosses their fingers for backing for that group? It's not how it works....don't be surprised if Panhel invites several groups to come and present to the interest group. The Panhellenic community is supposed to vote on who joins them, not an interest group that is not a part of the community. You all have it so wrong...do your research on colonization.

You do your research. They are in contact with our Greek advisors and there is an active interest group
