Have houses in Frat Circle.

Fiji has a house on the other side of campus, by the lib.

Lambda has a house at the top of campus, just pass the emporium.\n\n\n\n\n

Nicest Campus houses in order:
-Fiji (old fashion style huge fraternity house)
-sigma chi (brand new in frat row, really nice inside)
-lambda (on the edge of campus, nice exterior and inside)
-sig ep (in frat row, huge basement for parties)
-sig pi (in frat row, kind of rundown house)

Because of liability champ. Worst thing that can happen for having a frat party off campus: a piece of paper on your door and a small fine for the renters of the house. Worst thing that can happen for having a frat party on campus: You're fraternity getting kicked off and you spending the rest of your college time as an independent. Thats why fraternities try to get the biggest houses off campus to throw huge parties at.

Ya I guess uri Greek life is big in New England. But that's not saying much. down south they can actually have parties in there mansions. If I wanted to party at a house party then I would be a geed. Glad I'm not going here

You join a fraternity to improve as a person not to buy your friends/parties. Before i was in a frat i was a scrub now im a well rounded guy whose going in the right direction in life. Sure having a mansion frat house would be nice but having a bunch of houses to host parties is nice too cause then you dont always have to worry about hosting a party everytime. If you want to join a frat just to party and that frat accepts you just because of that reason it sounds like a pointless frat that will not benefit you as a person. If you want to just party, dont bother rushing.
