Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 2.6 These girls are nice, but they're still bottom tier. A lot of people say this is because they don't recruit the most "hot" girls. Unfortunately it might be the one thing holding them back from climbing their way to the top because overall it's a good sorority to be in; the girls get along and like being with each other.
