besides SDT and sigma chi, every house is outdated. Phi Sig Sig is a beautiful house along with many other houses in Greek life and they hold their lease for 5 more years, and could very easily buy the house off after 5 years.

Both FMA and axo have let them do a lot with the house, guessing you havnt seen it recently.
