Join if you want a never-ending schedule. They're wicked small so their girls are run ragged doing events and trying to advertise their org since they're numbers are dwindling and they need to hit quota before A Chi O comes back in fall 2020. Plus they barely have socials - especially when compared to other orgs. It's really not worth it when you conside how expensive their dues are.

They don't deserve the hate they get. It's just a couple girls that ruin it for the entire chapter. Most of them are nice, normal girls who are just having fun in Greek Life.

I always hear their members shi t talking other sororities for looking the same. They think they're so damn "unique" but they're just weird and stuck-up for no reason.

If I could have changed anything about my college career, it would be not joining this mess of a sorority. I dropped but it's not like I could join a better one after that😤

The truth is, DPhiE gets a ton of hate because they didn't build off of a very stable platform. When they got here a few years back, the people who started the sorority had good intentions of making the chapter here a place where everyone felt welcomed. Instead, they threw people off with their "mascot" during recruitment every Spring and Fall and are made fun of for it because they put their hands on their heads to form a fake unicorn horn. Obviously, there are other factors for why people think they're strange; some of them are a little awkward but they seem like they're trying their best. But like I said: only SOME. Not all of the girls from this sorority are like this just like every other sorority on-campus. But in the end, because of all of this, they got a reputation for being known as "the weird girls" and that has not changed since their chapter was established. Their popularity has not increased and they're slowly declining in terms of the number of pledges they bring in yearly. Some people say this decline means DPhiE is close to being kicked off campus. I don't know if it's true or not. I can't speak on behalf of the sisterhood inside of the sorority, people have their opinions, but coming from an unbias opinion, the girls from the freshmen pledge class are nice people.
