Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.0 Worked hard the past few years, have definitely risen above some others and are def middle now. Good pledge class and did AMAZING in philanthropy week, placing 2nd place for sororities and third with their partners.

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 3.2 Chi o is great. However I personally feel that they are bottom. I think both azd and phi sig have more to offer. I would rank them 9 with KD being 10

Example please, of what AxiD and Phi Sig "offer" that Chi O doesn't.

They both did better in recruitment. In fact so did KD and they all did a better job maintaining good members, not many dropped. Impressing PNMs is one very important thing for sororities. AZD had strong philanthropy last spring. I remember having a blast at their scavenger hunt and they continued to prove themselves in the fall. I feel like phi sig held events on the quad every other week this fall which was something new for them. Never used to see them on campus at all but they had what seemed to be a successful giant twister thing. Also, I know frats that have socialed with AZD, phi sig, and KD but won't even social with chi o...socially I think that's important since this post was " socially" based. Like I said chi o is great and every sorority has something to offer just giving my opinion that I think they are bottom teir and one of those other sororities should be middle. KD also has a lot to prove but I'm sure they will in a few years

Just joining into this convo...anyone on here citing recruitment and retention stats, a lot of those, especially recruitment stats, are confidential. I would certainly hope no panhel members were on this site using confidential info to tear another house down. And rosters are open info, and it seems every sorority had drops/girls leaving for personal, academic, financial reasons...just like every semester. Chi Os member retention rate is comparable with any other house on campus. So it's really your biased opinion that they didn't do well, because they have a large class of beautiful, smart, diverse women. Chi O had fun at AXiD's event...and DZs event last year...and participating in events for all the other houses held throughout the year. In the past year they've raised enough money to grant a Wish for Make a Wish. And last semester they sponsored the panhel picnic, came in second in philanthropy week, and did work for Make a Wish RI. The claim that there are frats that social with PhiSig, AXi, and KD but refuse to social with Chi O...yeah okay, keep telling yourself that. Don't be bitter because another house is doing well. Be happy for your panhellenic sisters and work hard to make your own house better.

They're all genuine, pretty, and seem really fun. I don't understand why they get so much hate. I regret not choosing them at pref round, whenever I see them on campus they're all still nice to me, something a lot of the other houses don't do.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 2.8 they have gotten better in the last few years but they dont have as close of a sisterhood as everyone makes it seem. They might not be the lest popular house anymore but they still have many improvements to make.
