Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.8 I wouldn't consider them a top house, but their parties are really fun, and they have a good amount of amazing brothers. I think they are climbing the ranks.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.6 EHHH , they are an ordinary fraternity here on campus at URI. They are extremely nice and do try hard to hang with the top fraternities but it just doesn't work for them. They social with the bottom of the barrel sororities and although they have plenty of great good-looking cool guys, they are started to go down hill with their new rush class. If you don't get into one of the top tier frats then join ZBT.

EHHH , they are an ordinary fraternity here on campus at URI. They are extremely nice and do try hard to hang with the top fraternities but it just doesn't work for them. They social with the bottom of the barrel sororities and although they have plenty of great good-looking cool guys, they are started to go down hill with their new rush class. If you don't get into one of the top tier frats then join ZBT.
