I think kapsig would really pull out on top if they stopped letting all the rejects in from sae, pike, and lambda. Make your frat more attractive nobody wants to be in a frat that takes anyone!! On the brighter side they are definitely on the come up my sorority wants to social w them more often then we do currently and imo I would rather social with them than lambda sorry. I think if they make it more exclusive and selective they will 100% take tke or lambdas spot

This frat is filled with random kids who barely get along with each other. All they care about is size which is why they give a bid to any squid. They're too big where they have to separate their chapter into groups to party with, so if you're not cool enough in the frat you never even get to party. They get carried by their name and it shows once you go to their parties.

Pretty chill kids ngl. They all seemed cool. Most of them are outdoorsy like snowboarding and fishing kids. The party I went to was packed and pretty good chicks there.

I think that’s an unfair rating, you obviously have a right to feel that way. But, with eyes on the others there, they’re miles ahead with what’s important . This was in 2021, so obviously they have grown as a brotherhood and do great things for the community, the university, and most importantly their non-hazing and no bullying tolerance along with strict social media policing is impressive and as a parent, very important. Keeping the importance of grades and the mentorship at a high level is another thing they are serious about and in my opinion are way better than most at URI. The alum list speaks volumes about what kind of people they allow to join the Kappa Sigma brotherhood! Tau-Eta is a great example of what a fraternity chapter should be. Is it perfect? No, but they learn and educate all brothers to make whatever they can better for the future pledges and brothers! It’s not a bad thing to have a lot of brothers and forced to have separate parties, it’s the law to have under a certain number per location or shutdown is eminent! Mandatory freshman DD’s for every single brother who chooses to attend and drink, assuring the safety of all their brothers and the safety of the community! Maybe in 2021 at Tau-Eta they didn’t impress you, but as of 2023 I’m impressed. Cheers Kappa Sig!

Always have super fun socials, and have been on the rise. May not have the history that some other top tier fraternities at URI have, but who rlly cares about that stuff anyways!

Great frat they social a good amount and always have good socials. They have good a great brotherhood and can get you a lot of places in life.
