Top tier for sure, but they do not deserve the spot on the top. They are judgmental, and very selective. They have a set model for what their pledges should look like. Very materialistic.

not going to lie when i was at uri sdt was ranked high but not number 1, but ive been visiting since i transferred and boy have they improved.. the last two pledge classes have been smoking
