The below poster is obvs just bitter that ChiO is doing really well. They are FAR from the bottom. They have cute girls, their house just got remodeled inside and is so pretty now, and a lot of girls attended their recruitment events. They also have an active social life. And a huge philanthropy event coming up. Go worry about your own house and don't hate on houses that are doing well.

Honest rating. They are coming up and no one wants to admit it. Stupid people call them Phi Piggy Piggy because they don't want to admit that Phi Sig is starting to get really good. After their fall pledge class last year things really started looking up for them. They are socialing with a lot of really cool guys lately and they keep getting better and better looking. They aren't up to the top tier yet, but they are definitely no longer bottom tier.
