They aren't a Fraternity yet, still a colony. Accepting anyone at this point I hear.

Ya, they will accept just about anyone. A lot of respectable good guys, but to be honest, too many of them do not fit and is a "fraternity" of people who do not want to be a fraternity..To elaborate a bit, they are predominantly people who did not want to join a fraternity that linked up with them.
