fall sorority recruitment

I'm a freshman currently and I'm transferring to Kent in the fall, will sororities take me as a sophomore or will I find myself out of luck? also do any of the sororities haze?

I dont think sororities discriminate over your year. I know people who got bids from each sorority as a sophomore. Also Kent sororities do not haze!!!

It's very common at KSU to go through recruitment as a sophomore, you are not out of luck at all. My best advice is to keep your grades up and do not worry about being a sophomore! The sororities do not haze here (I have close friends in almost all chapters on campus) and it is absolutely prohibited. As a new member, I felt that I was treated with respect and welcomed to my chapter with open arms and so much love! Hope that helps.
