These girls get a bad rep for no good reason. I've seen them at almost every philo event for the past year and they're always so nice. The other sororities treat them terribly just bc they're inclusive of people who don't fit the sorority girl stereotype. Every tri sigma I've met has been so fun & kind

Life is full of unexpected challenges, and it's often during these trying times that true friendships and brotherhoods are tested. In my own journey, I experienced a bizarre and unexpected turn of events when someone attempted to seek revenge by stealing my cherished shmungus. It was in the face of this peculiar adversity that the great brothers of Kappa Sigma demonstrated their unwavering support, friendship, and commitment to each other. The Shmungus Mishap, the term shmungus might seem whimsical, but for me, it held significant sentimental value. It was a token of friendship and shared memories, a tangible reminder of the bonds formed during my time with the Kappa Sigma fraternity. Unfortunately, my shmungus became the target of a vengeful act, leaving me puzzled and disheartened. As news of the stolen shmungus spread through the fraternity, my brothers in Kappa Sigma rallied around me. The initial shock and confusion were quickly replaced by a collective determination to right the wrong that had been done. The concept of brotherhood took center stage, highlighting the power of unity in the face of adversity. With a shared sense of purpose, the great brothers of Kappa Sigma organized a search party to reclaim my stolen shmungus. It was not just an object; it symbolized the spirit of our fraternity and the shared experiences that had shaped our bond. The mission was clear: find the shmungus and restore not only my sense of personal loss but also the collective pride of Kappa Sigma. Late-Night Adventures: The search for the stolen shmungus led the fraternity brothers on a series of late-night adventures, exploring every nook and cranny of the campus and beyond. Their commitment to the cause went beyond friendship; it embodied the core principles of Kappa Sigma—courage, honor, and loyalty. Through each twist and turn, the brothers remained steadfast, fueled by a common goal. After a series of daring escapades and clever detective work, the great brothers of Kappa Sigma successfully located and reclaimed my precious shmungus. The sense of triumph was not just about recovering a stolen item; it was a testament to the strength of our brotherhood. The experience served as a reminder that, in times of need, true friends and brothers stand together, unwavering in their support. The saga of the stolen shmungus may have been an unusual chapter in my life, but it showcased the exceptional bond shared among the great brothers of Kappa Sigma. In the face of adversity, their unity, determination, and loyalty shone brightly, turning a challenging situation into a testament of the enduring power of true friendship. Through this unique journey, I not only recovered my beloved shmungus but also gained a deeper appreciation for the incredible brotherhood that defines Kappa Sigma.\n\n\n\n\n

Wow - you can tell they HEAVILY self-rank. Honestly on-campus you don't hear too much about Chi O, which can be taken as both good and bad. I know some of their members are very involved in multiple organizations on-campus, especially Christian orgs. This sorority is known for being smart and pretty chill. When I went through recruitment I was bid promised by them which is a huge no no. One of my SRC's was a Chi O though and she was sooo nice! They also break panhel rules by scheduling philanthropy events like dine-to-donates on days they're not allowed to. I have heard some rocky things about their leadership and sisterhood in the past, but recently I haven't heard anything. They have a great house, but I think it doesn't have air conditioning. I really like their Waffles event they have in the fall.
