Immaculate vibes, and hot guys. It’s always a great time at Phi Delt. By far have the craziest parties and win just about every philanthropy and intramural. Some people love to hate, but they’re just jealous that we only love the Phi Delt dad bods and not theirs.

Phi delt is a frat on the decline possibly due to them getting a rep for touching women and having the ego of the stereotypical frat boy. There are many great chapters at Kent, but Phi Delt is one that should be avoided and it’s a shock they haven’t been kicked off yet.

Alpha sig can't keep a house nice. Broken floors is all they know. They party too hard. They are very involved with other sororities and frats. They are also very quick to help with anything.

These guys are honestly very genuine. Definitely one of the bigger Frats but they don’t act like it. Parties are a little hard to get into but the brothers themselves have always been super nice.
