Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.2 They are basically on freshman hill. Their parties are literally all freshman and they get a good rep because of it. Parties aren't bad but I'd go the distance to ski for a good one. Rpi had grade deflation. This site has rank inflation. At least for them

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 5.0 One of the most diverse houses on campus. There's someone in this house that everyone can relate to. I love their parties, and their location is perfect, right in the middle of campus.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 5.0 First house I came to when I got here. Really love how close the house is to freshman hill. They seem like they know how to party and I've got a couple friends who are rushing them so I think they're cool. I want to go to others though, too.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.8 Probably the best location on campus other than RSE. They have good turnouts at parties because they're so close to the student body, and they're one of the first fraternities you'll probably notice when you come here. Only negative: some really random people from around the area show up at their parties...they don't go to RPI, barely know any of the brothers, and just creep around.

Probably the best location on campus other than RSE. Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.6 Only things they have going for them are their location and that the brothers are nice, weird but nice. Their parties are average and they try to give off an athletic vibe when the majority of brothers arent athletic at all.

Definitely put out a really strong jock/fratty vibe, always have dudes outside throwing the football, blasting music, etc. Some people hate it but I personally don't mind it. Absolutely perfect location. Hold almost half the seats on IFC and seem relatively involved around campus.
