P/D: You can't be unpopular when you're that close to freshman hill. Classiness: They have a Yacht Party every year, though its strict invite only. But behaviour wise, house cleanliness - avg Campus: Pretty decent amount of volunteering. Lot of inter-networking between brothers. Fun/social life: Cider, Yacht, beach. They've got a few good parties every year. Brotherhood: Very "hoorah" kind of deal.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 1.0 They really aren't anything special. I think the only reason people go to their parties is because it's close to freshman hill. There are definitely better frats with cuter and nicer brothers.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.2 They are basically on freshman hill. Their parties are literally all freshman and they get a good rep because of it. Parties aren't bad but I'd go the distance to ski for a good one. Rpi had grade deflation. This site has rank inflation. At least for them
