Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.2 Probably the best overall house on campus. Not a bunch of rich preppies, so they run on a reasonably lean budget, but its a fun and safe group to join. Their parties are epic and the house is not your typical RPI building. Hard not to be impressed with the brothers in this group. If I was going to join a house, it would be here.

Probably the best overall house on campus. Not a bunch of rich preppies, so they run on a reasonably lean budget, but its a fun and safe group to join. Their parties are epic and the house is not your typical RPI building. Hard not to be impressed with the brothers in this group. If I was going to join a house, it would be here.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.6 Was great. Then the annoying/rapey brothers recruited a lot. Now it's not awesome. Parties are fun. Show up with some Pi phi'so and getting in is easy. But brothers have gone downhill

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 3.2 A little overrated on here but definitely one of the better houses. Great party house for sure, you could make a case that in that respect they're the best on campus. Reputation has taken a bit of a hit over the last few years but still positive overall. Came very close to classifying them as top tier.
