Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.6 Ski does a really good job of hosting epic parties, but with a tight list. Probably why people are tight on this site. Could be lot to take in for the average RPI student if you've never seen a party before. Great, fun group of guys with a pretty cool house. Not a house full of idiots; they go to class and have some really smart brothers. Depending on your tastes, top house at RPI, if not at least top 3.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.2 Probably the best overall house on campus. Not a bunch of rich preppies, so they run on a reasonably lean budget, but its a fun and safe group to join. Their parties are epic and the house is not your typical RPI building. Hard not to be impressed with the brothers in this group. If I was going to join a house, it would be here.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.6 Was great. Then the annoying/rapey brothers recruited a lot. Now it's not awesome. Parties are fun. Show up with some Pi phi'so and getting in is easy. But brothers have gone downhill

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 5.0 got plastered. My nuts got slapped pretty hard at first. But there was this DJ who was like kicking off, I don't know what he was doing, But it was sick man Like, he was like Hands in the air.
