Hotness / atractiveness: i don't know, can't really rank 'em. straight. P/D: You can't be unpopular when you're that close to freshman hill. Classiness: They have a Yacht Party every year, though its strict invite only. But behaviour wise, house cleanliness - avg Campus: Pretty decent amount of volunteering. Lot of inter-networking between brothers. Fun/social life: Cider, Yacht, beach. They've got a few good parties every year. Brotherhood: Very "hoorah" kind of deal.

Couldn't decide where to pledge this semester but will hopefully pledge here in the Spring. Brothers seem down to earth. Only been to one party so far but it was good.
