These brothers are some of the best people on campus. Their St. Patty's day party was some of the most fun I've had at RPI. All the brothers I talked to were super nice & most down to earth people on campus. Definitely one of the most social group of brothers on campus. Mostly athletes attend their functions, but all of them were super chill. They get an unfair rep for being your typical jock, athlete type of guys, but that is far from the truth. If youre looking for fun parties & good people, I would definitely recommend Theta Chi

House is has a very unfortunate location as it is very close to campus. Brothers are awkward and hard to interact with.

Good camaraderie. Brothers are nice, approachable, and very friendly. Parties are fun and safe. The house is well constructed and spacious.

Just rechartered here at RPI. Quite a few odd ones in the chapter but we’ll see what happens. Haven’t seen anything from them yet and not even sure they’ll be in their house next year.
