Tau Delt has supposedly put in a deposit with housing for 2016-2017 for the old Sig Ep House

I doubt that as they were all saying they got a house that's near the row.

Its not a deposit type deal. Its an application for any Student Organization. It won't be bought by anyone, but filled by the university. So the outdoor club could apply for the house just as easily as Tau Delt.
