Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Jacksonville State University - JSU 5.0 Back on top to stay. Only Fraternity on campus which doesn't have a pledge period. The new Balanced Man model is the way to go. Positive education builds a better brother than humiliation (which still exists in all pledge model chapters)
