I'd switch TKE and Delts but other than that I'd agree

I'd switch Lambda Chi and DTD, Delts at least have a good reputation among sororities and actually throw some good parties. TKE had a 30 man pledge class or something but not having a house next year won't help them.

DChi and FIJI are both definitely above Pi Kapp and Lambda Chi no way they're all on the same tier.

pi kapp losing its house to acacia so they go down and fiji's recruitment teqnique is shady. They throw a bunch of mediocre parties in the beginningg of the year that make freshman think their cool so they rush
