Up and coming: PIKE, Kappa Sig (dudes need a house), TKE (I hear they have the biggest spring pledge class)

Pike and Sig pi for sure! Pike is on their way to becoming a top house. Major thing stopping sig pi is the fact that they don't have a house.

Kappa sig, sig pi, dtd all have potential but no houses.

Regardless of tier I think the houses that have impressed me this semester have been Sigma Pi, Delta Tau Delta, and Lambda Chi Alpha. As unhoused chapters SigPi and DTD have more than made it up with quality of guys and really fun parties, and Lambda Chi remodeled their house and put up an impressive social calendar
