3 frat tiers for all chapters
by: Iowa Greek
If you wanted to group the frats on campus into top, middle, and bottom tiers this is what I'd say. This takes into consideration not just quality of socials/parties, but quality of guys, relationship with sororities, having a chapter structure, philanthropy involvement, academics, intramurals, and IFC/campus involvement. Houses in tiers are in order, so of course there will be large differences within tiers. I also tried keeping an equal number of houses in tiers.
TOP: Sigma Nu, Phi Kappa Psi, Sigma Chi, Phi Delta Theta, Kappa Sigma, Sigma Pi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Sigma Phi Epsilon
MIDDLE: FIJI, Delta Chi, Pi Kappa Phi, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Tau Delta, Lambda Chi Alpha
BOTTOM: Delta Upsilon, Beta Theta Pi, Alpha Epsilon Pi, Zeta Beta Tau, Alpha Sigma Phi, Phi Kappa Theta, Acacia, Sigma Alpha Mu
