phi psi/d chi?

Hi y'all! I'm looking to go through spring informal recruitment and I was looking at phi psi or d chi as my top choices. Can anyone fill me in on what these two are like? Honest opinions? I'm looking for one that can have a good time and also cares about its members and their grades.

phi psi is nerdy and quiet and focuses on grades. D chi is loud parties a lot and has a low gpa.
