I've heard mixed things on Theta. Can anyone fill me in on they're reputation at Iowa?

They are a good house, but not top. They have good grades, pretty involved, and do have pretty girls, but they also have some stranger less attractive girls also most likely because of things such as grades. They tend to be pretty catty to girls outside theta, and are very average in social life, hang out mostly with phi psi(top frat) but as a sorority not very many unofficials.
