rankings?

So from what I've seen and heard from friends in fellow sororities so far, the rankings sound kinda like this, please correct me if I'm wrong:
Pi Phi/G Phi/Kappa
Chi O/Tri Delta
Theta/DG
AXO/Zeta
ADPi/AXiD/DZ
I've excluded A Phi due to the controversy surrounding them

Out of curiosity -- what are these rankings based off of? It seems like most of them seem to be based on how attractive you think the girls are and how much they like to party. Shouldn't some of this be based on the sisterhood within the sororities and the philanthropy. However, if this were the case, most of your bottom choices would be on the top!

I would say this is pretty good except i wouldnt put Chi O and DDD on the same level, also I agree in the order of the top tier houses
