why is theta getting worse

no one has explained what about theta is making it bad

Their recent pledge classes aren't cute and they aren't fun to go out with. They never have socials and when they do have socials they act stuck up and arrogant for absolutely NO REASON. They are a middle tier house that no longer competes with top tier houses.
