I would say it's pretty obvious year to year that G Phi, Pi Phi and Kappa remain the three top houses, and most desired during recruitment. Chi Omega and A Phi following closely behind as the 5 best on campus. The good frats really only want to social with these five houses and PNMs pref these houses first during recruitment.
