Sig Ep had a member review and lost half of their members. They are without a doubt not a top house

Agree with your point about sig ep, but there is no way that phi delt is higher than either sig chi or sig nu.......

Sig Nu has cool kids but has by far the most weirdos mixed in. Switch them with Phi Delt and make it Sig Chi, Phi Delt, Phi Psi, and Sig Ep (if you count ghost members) for top tier.
