Rush at Iowa is competitive but not as crazy as it is at Wisconsin, Illinois, Mizzou, Indiana, etc. If you have excellent grades, involvement & personality, you can get in a house as a Soph. Hardest houses to get in seem to be Theta, ChiO & Gamma Phi.

from what i hear, tri delt, zeta, dz, pi phi, kappa, theta, and maybeee gphi are on social probation. so basically if you want to have socials with frats and have date parties, dont join those houses because they cant have them
