whats up with phi delt?

Im on yin yak after every weekend and without 2 weeks passing i see more hate yaks at phi delt, i want to rush spring semester but i don't know what tier or what type of fraternity I'm getting into?

I'm in kappa and don't believe what you read phi delt is a top house here and my personal favorite they rock and all of my friends like them too parties at casa are some of the best i've been too they know how to throw down and are nice genuine guys too

Some of my best guy friends and unlike some other frats I always feel safe when I am at their parties.. They also ALWAYS make sure I am having a good time!
