does anyone know which sororities do cob?

Any sorority that is not at total. So they could be at total after bid day but if girls decide they can't afford it now or just don't want to be in a sorority anymore and drop or never pledge, the soririties have a window of time to informally recruit and COB. Sororities that may lose seniors after the first semester may do COB in the Spring.
