up and coming fraternity

Hi guys, I'm an incoming freshman looking to join a Fraternity. I know that the sigs and phi delt are known to be top houses, but I'm looking to join a house that seems to be on the rise and isn't established as a top house yet. I want to be able to make a difference right away. Who do you think that would be?

I wouldn't consider sig pi top tier yet, so I would say them along with Fiji

Prospective Rushee, word of advice.......do yourself a favor and visit all the fraternities during rush an decide for yourself what fraternity best fits you If you listed to he comments on this website...then you are a complete moron and should not be rushing any house.
