“Top” fraternities and the problem with rankings

Ranking posts are so dumb. First half of the “top” fraternities are on probation and well on their way to being kicked off (sig pi , sig ep) and second I get that Phi Delt has a great house but putting them top tier before they even got a pledge class is criminal. That or anyone putting Phi Delt at the top is just self posting. The fact is most people who post about rankings on this website act like they are still in highschool and are complete egomaniacs. My advice for incoming freshman: find the best spot for you don’t worry about rankings as most of them are just based off of more = better and nicer house = better
