Frat ranks for fall rush

Top:
Phi Psi - most amount of memebers with a house in great condition.
Sig Ep - high memeber count and house known for its backyard activities
Sig Pi - high memeber count and house in great location (the house is rented from Sig Nu)
Mid:
TKE & Pi Kapp: can say same about both. Membership around 100 and both recently purchased their houses and they need a little work.
Honorable mentions:
Beta - had high numbers for recruitment last year. Another big year could actually establish them as a respected chapter
Phi Delt- coming back this year. Their house is legendary and will help build their numbers back up quick. However new university rules will impact how fast they grow.

Beta will be done after they can’t pull any desperate mayflower freshman when the dorm is sold.

Most of my friends from back home joined Sig Ep and FIJI but I went another route and I'm really glad that I did. The smallerish houses really have a sense of brotherhood whereas the larger houses you find your clique of guys within the house and not all the brothers (come on how can over 100 Phi Psi pledges get to know each other as well as the other 200 members).

Small houses are small for a reason I.e. not many people want to join them.
Majority of frats in the SEC are 200+ so yeah you can get close with 100 kids lol. I think phi psi is the biggest and they’re like 150
