Want to hire a computer geek at the U

I admit, I'm not a student. But I work in the east side dorms, and I need someone who can occasionally work on my laptop. Right now I need a voice recognition program installed on windows 10. Probably simple for educated students, but difficult for me. Anyone qualified interested, or could suggest a different forum to connect?

I think I have it figured out Liggma.. Microsoft word has a dictation tool which I am using right now that I can use in a document, but I then have to copy paste the text to wherever I want it. Unfortunately, I will have to use the copy paste method in windows rather than being able to place my cursor anywhere I want and dictate like a MacBook would allow. Do you agree with this? And do you live in one of the east side dorms, because I we'll probably face another roadblock at some time or the other. Thank you.
