by: What?Constant rankings, no explanations...as a senior sorority girl who just graduated, I feel like I bought into what became a lie. 2 years of virtual recruitment has made the sorority scene at Iowa a joke. My house passed up girls who were beautiful and talented for some nasty troublemakers who were supposedly "cool" in high school. And nothing more. Hope in person recruitment can turn things around for everyone. Cheers

I've seen a lot of evil sh## in my house, just sticking it out for alum status at this point. Absolutely horrible treatment of new members, rampant backstabbing, disgusting behavior that is really embarrassing. Greek life is a business. Period. You can meet great girls and do charity work without paying $$$ to do so. Are there some really nice girls in sororities? Absolutely...but lots of rotten ones too.

Its the below average girls in every sorority who spread the worst rumors about girls they feel threatened by—stop believing crap about girls you know nothing about. 99% of the time it’s all a lie—and sorry spreading rumors about someone doesn’t make you prettier or thinner.
