Some changes I think this year
- Chi O is nowhere near what they used to be a few years ago, maybe a middle house now but they are cool
-Sig Pi is moving up they are just really down to earth cool guys
-Pi Phi and G phi are moving up

Yeah I also thing sig pi is a good sorority. They are still renting their house but the university keeping frats from coming back is keeping them relevant.

With all the top houses getting canned if your a mid tier frat this is the time to grow.
