Personally I’d say Pi Kapp down slightly, TKE down one. Chi O down two. Pi Phi up one

The Tier 3 for the fraternities is worthless as only one of them is a functioning house with a pulse. FIJIs are only around until the trial and when all the facts get laid out it could be trouble for them from a national perspective. Phi Delts will likely never have an official house again. Pikes are Pikes, they're done. As several people on the board have mentioned in the past - when will the nasty rumors drop for Phi Psi. I think there is nothing going on but others seem confident that something is in the works.
