Frat break down

S tier: phi psi - nice house, largest numbers and avoids getting in trouble. If your looking for fun without having top grades they probably not your style.
A tier:
sig ep- most fun backyard for a darty weekend. If they could stay out of the university eye they would be up there with Phi Psi.
sig chi- more of a “animal house” vibe. Have fun parties but prefer to hang out at some of the nicer houses.
phi delt- beautiful house on the river. Similar to sig ep, if they could stay out of trouble and they will be in a top spot in no time.
B tier:
pike- pretty similar to sig chi but bigger size. Not sure what’s going on with them in trouble so have them here. If they stay out of trouble they will probably go up.
sig pi- staying in Sig Nu house is key for them. Sounds like university going to take a bit to let them back so they have good chance to keep growing and doing well for next few years.
TKE- I will say they are more a B-. Not as bad as the lower houses but not quite same level as houses above. Seems like solid backup house or second option.
C tier:
Pi Kapp- honestly don’t hang out with them enough rank them higher. Other girls may probably swap them with TKE but I guess it’s all about personal preference.

d sig- don’t know much about them beside where there house is. Went there one time for a bit before going to another house and it was ok.

D tier: all other houses not listed dont have big enough presence to give an honest rank.
