Hahaha Phi Psi only real house. Sigep is always on probation, Sig Chi was good got on probation then became average, Pike just lost half their house, Sig Pi will be bottom after they leave their house and TKE is as mid as they get

I've met a few Phi Psi guys and they were pretty arrogant and treated me like crap just for asking about their house. It was almost - how dare you ask me. Any thoughts on Beta, DTD, DSig?

Beta hangs w mayflower freshman and will prolly haze you more than a top house, Delts are good guys just no house. Dsig wont haze and got good guys w an ok house just needs more bodies tbh.

Beta, DTD, DSig are all bottom. You will probably only hang out with DZ if you join. Beta only has open parties with freshmen girls from mayflower. DTD is just like 20 tryhard guys with no house. Dsig is losing their house in like next year or two.

I think those houses that will be coming off suspension will have difficulty getting back in their houses. Look at what is going on Phi Delts. They are off suspension but still can't get in their house. don't expect Delta Chi to come in and take DSigs house for at least 2-3 years.
