Middle Houses: Sig Pi, PIKE, TKE, Pi Kapp
Lower Houses: Beta, D Sig, Lambda, FIJI
Bottom Houses: AEPi, A Sig, DTD, ATO, DY, Phi Kapp,
All tiers are mostly interchangeable

I would say Pi Kapp and TKE about equal. I would never say Pi Kapp or TKE is better then PIKE.
